• We retrieve your credit report from VCCB, a registered South African Credit Bureau.
• We store your credit profile information so we can provide you with further updates and benchmark your progress. 
• We allow you free access to your Credit Bureau information every 30 days via our platform. 

We use AI and large language models (LLMs) to match you with product options that may suit your needs. These suggestions are based on your profile, but they’re not financial advice — final decisions are up to you.

2. Who Can Use Finatic

To use Finatic, you must:

• Be 18 or older
• Live in South Africa
• Be legally able to agree to these Terms

You may only use Finatic for yourself — not on behalf of anyone else. If you access the site from outside South Africa, it’s your responsibility to follow local laws.

3. Registering & Identity Checks

Before accessing your credit report:

• You must register and accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy
• We’ll ask for personal details to verify your identity
